Once a Scout reaches the board of review stage for Eagle, the troop will let the church know so they can anticipate the upcoming scheduling demands. Requests to use the church on Sundays for COHs would need to be approved by the Session, at their meetings on the first Tuesday or third Sunday of the month. They will do these approvals no earlier than 6 weeks before the scheduled date, and preferably at the meeting one month before the desired date.

The Sanctuary and Friendship Room (the one with the fireplace & kitchen) will be available for the 1:30 to 5:30 time window on Sundays. This means that ceremonies should be scheduled at 2:30 or 3 to have set up and take down time.
